Our policy last 30 days. We are ot able to offer an exchange or a refund after the delay of 30 days.
In order to benefit from a return, the item has to be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging.
Orders with personnalised siez cannot be returned.
In order to proceed of a return, you should present a receit or proof of pruchase.
Please, do not send back the item without reaching at us first.

After recetion and inspection of your item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the reception. Also, we will inform you if our decision regarding you refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card used to do this purchased after a few days.

If you have not receive you refund yet, please check first you bank account. Then contact your bank, as there is a delay fr the refund to be officialy display on your bank account.
